New Hawaii “Emergency” Laws?

 Guess what
House Bill 2236 & Senate Bill 2151
want to force into law?

Better give people you know a heads up, because probably none of us want officially-sanctioned thugs under the auspices of "emergency preparedness..."

-- and we're talking any kind of "emergency" here, in ONE person's opinion, from weather-related conditions to creations potentially released from a lab --

...entering homes without permission or warrant, destroying property/pets, &/or removing folks to be locked away for an indeterminate amount of time.

Who can forget the footage released by friends & family of citizens in China, showing white-hooded men putting a quick, violent end to people's pets, as captured by residents who happened to have personal home security cameras still operating after they were whisked away under that nation's martial/emergency laws during the Covid years?

Everything these new proposed laws aim to do is completely unconstitutional and unethical...and the state of Hawaii is likely a test case, with the same kinds of draconian measures coming soon to a state near you, if they pass here.

What To Do:

If you care...

...about human sovereignty, the Constitution, our Bill of Rights, this tropical location (along with the rest of America!), do reach out to these specific gov't folks to say a strong “NO” to these specific bills by email &/or by phone: https://portal.ehawaii.gov/government/state-officials/

Need More Info?

Need more info about the bills themselves?

The complete text of any proposed gov't legislation can be found at: Congress.gov

And this article also does a good job of explaining these specific bills in laymen's terms:

As one commenter there says: When was the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights abolished? I never received that memo!!

So What Does The Constitution Say Again, Exactly?

Don't even really recall what rights exist under the Constitution or other such foundational documents, which should be protected?

In easy-to-comprehend fiction, this slim novella does a good job of explaining via real people's English: ACTION: The Future Is Here. (Available as color or b/w print, and e-editions.)

Some call it the "totalitarian tiptoe" as attempts are made to take away rights, step by step, not just here in Hawaii, but all across the globe...unless we the people put a stop to it.

Do what you can.
